Highlights: Cecily and Ron celebrated their twentieth anniversary at Oheka Castle with a spectacular affair—complete with fireworks! Cecily envisioned a grand evening inspired by the glamour of the Art Deco era, featuring a Black and Gold Gatsby-themed ball with a roaring Big Band atmosphere.

Having missed out on a wedding reception two decades earlier, the couple, now with two children, decided to mark the milestone in style. Nearly two hundred of their closest friends and family gathered to enjoy a lavish feast of filet mignon, lobster tails, and flowing champagne. Guests danced the night away to the electrifying sounds of a 15-piece band that filled the castle with timeless music and energy.

Three special guest vocalists took the stage, including Cecily’s brother, celebrated actor and singer Dash Mihok, who performed his original hit song LOVE. Dash's wife, Valeria Mason, also captivated the crowd with a stunning vocal performance.

The night ended on a high note with a dazzling firework show, perfectly capping off an unforgettable celebration of love, life, and legacy.

The eleven piece wedding dance band by Elan Artists wore white dinner jackets and black bow ties complimenting the Art Deco period design of this event.

Blush pink sequins table cloths, black silk napkins, place settings with charger plates and printed menus bordered in a custom art deco pattern, accented with gold flatware and lush white orchid centerpieces that stood on cut crystal vases.

The Dance Floor

The Dance Floor

An oversized gloss black dance floor with a custom art deco border and wedding monogram in metallic gold transformed the Terrace Ballroom at Oheka Castle. Long Kings tables framed the dance floor with black silk cushioned chairs & a gold metal back that mimicked the art deco style patterns used throughout the wedding.

Cecily & Ron's Oheka Castle Wedding

To celebrate their twentieth anniversary Cecily + Ron called on Karyn Michael Events to design + coordinate the wedding reception they didn't have twenty years prior. Cecily wanted an art deco vibe so Oheka Castle was the perfect venue. The brides brother Dash Mihok, Celebrated Actor and Singer, officiated the ceremony at Oheka and performed his original song "LOVE" by Diz and the Fam.
