Celebration: Julia + Benjamins Wedding at Oheka Castle
Event Planning + Design: Karyn Michael Events
Number of Guests: 150
As Seen In: Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine
Highlights: When I first met the lovely + stunning Julia Hall she described her vision as “Modern Day Bridgerton” we immediately connected as mutual fans of the show. Julia had first discovered Oheka Castle on TikTok and knew it was the perfect setting for her and Benjamin to celebrate their marriage. Julia was set on having her fur baby Beau celebrate with them so he was the ring bearer of course!
The groom Benjamin St.-Juste is an NFL player so his time was limited but he knew exactly what he wanted and we made it happen. Being of Haitian descent it was important to Benjamin that his family and friends feel equally comfortable at their wedding. We created a dual language [English + French] menu and worked closely with Oheka’s Executive Chef Christopher Cappello to curate a menu that included dishes Benjamin’s family would know + love like Griot, Djon Djon Rice, Beef Patties, Riz Collet and Pikliz all from his families recipes. Overall it was a fun, lighthearted day with the perfect infusion of love and romance.
“My darling girl, no matter what, you will always be a diamond to me.” – Dowager Vicountess Brigerton
