Highlights: While the bride to be Megan studied for her bar exam, Karyn Michael Events had the pleasure of working with her mother Maryellen to plan the wedding of Megan's dreams. As residents of Garden City the family knew they wanted a church wedding at their parish Saint Anne's Church of Garden City, followed by a reception that only The Garden City Hotel could deliver. The grand entrance + cocktail hour were designed in shades of crimson while the ballroom was appointed with a classic palette of white, ivory and gold.

A Vintage White Rolls Royce approached Saint Anne’s Church of Garden City moments before the bride stepped out to walk the aisle.

The Garden City Hotel was site of Megan and Owens classically elegant wedding. This historic property was originally built in 1874 by then Millionaire Alexander Turney Stewart.

At nearly 6,000 square feet the newly renovated Grand Ballroom at The Garden City Hotel features a gold gilded tray ceiling and six oppulant crystal chandeliers, it comfortably accommodated the 250+ wedding guests in attendance for this black-tie wedding.
