We will attend your food and cake tastings to provide menu and design assistance
We create an inspiration board, floor plan, design layout and a color palette for your event
Assistance locating the perfect event venue
Walkthrough of the event space to accommodate your personal design requests as well as to offer our professional recommendations
Pre-event demo of your tabletop including floral, linens and tableware when our recommended suppliers are contracted for your event
Guest accommodations and transportation
Vendor contract review and negotiation
Supervision of event setup through breakdown, KME is onsite the day of your event from 10-15 hours as required
We provide a detailed day of timeline for all vendors and staff
All “Partial Planning” services listed below are also included in our full service planning agreement
Partial Planning:
In some cases clients have already done their own planning but need assurance that the event will be executed properly. In these instances we offer the following services:
Confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is on point
Distribution of final vendor payments & gratuities
Direct vendor load in and load out of all equipment
Setup of décor and personal items at the event
Creation of a detailed event timeline & floor-plan that is distributed to vendors and staff
Organization of the ceremony processional and recessional (for weddings)
Communication with all vendors throughout the event to ensure everything is on time and contractually correct
Management of gifts & clients personal items delivered to the bridal suite or to the designated driver/car at the end of the event
Access to our extensive amenities kit in the event of unexpected needs
