  • Most likely, yes. From Oheka Castle and Hempstead House to The Garden City Hotel, Gurney’s Montauk, Cipriani, and private estates throughout the tri-state area, we’ve worked at a wide range of venues—often many times over.

    That familiarity allows us to move with ease and confidence, anticipating nuances, streamlining logistics, and creating a seamless experience for our clients.

  • No. While weddings are a cornerstone of our work, we design and produce a wide range of events—from milestone celebrations and bar and bat mitzvahs to corporate events, brand activations, and large-scale experiential productions.

    Whether intimate or multi-day, each event is approached with the same level of intention, creativity, and precision—resulting in an experience that feels seamless, engaging, and distinctly tailored to the moment.

  • Yes. We work with brands and organizations to design and execute events that are immersive, strategic, and aligned with broader business goals. This includes product launches, multi-day programs, client experiences, and high-impact productions that require both creative direction and operational precision.

  • We regularly produce events that extend beyond a single day, including multi-location and multi-experience programs. Our team manages logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and guest flow at scale, while maintaining a cohesive design and elevated guest experience throughout.

  • We specialize in full-service planning and design, guiding our clients from the earliest stages through the final moments of their celebration. From venue selection and vendor curation to design development and execution, we manage every detail so our clients can be fully present throughout the process.

    While Karyn’s focus is primarily on full planning, Lead Planner Matthew also offers both full and partial planning services, providing flexibility for clients who may need support in more targeted areas.

  • Absolutely. Design is at the heart of what we do. Every event begins with a concept that is thoughtfully developed into a cohesive visual story, from color palette and materials to florals, lighting, and custom details, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience from start to finish.

  • Yes. While we are based in New York and frequently work throughout the tri-state area, we regularly travel for destination weddings, events, and productions both nationally and internationally bringing the same level of detail, care, and execution to every location.

  • Ideally, as early as possible. The most sought-after venues and vendors often book 12–18 months in advance, and an earlier start allows for a more expansive and considered planning process.

    That said, we are equally adept at working within shorter timelines—drawing on our experience and industry relationships to execute exceptional events with efficiency and ease.

  • As involved as you’d like to be. Some clients enjoy being hands-on, while others prefer to step back and trust us to lead. We tailor our process to your preferences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience either way.

  • We curate each vendor team based on your vision, priorities, and budget. While we have long-standing relationships with many of the industry’s most respected professionals, every recommendation is thoughtfully selected to align with your event.

  • Yes, this is one of our specialties. From save-the-dates and invitation suites to menus, escort displays, and day-of paper goods, every piece is custom designed to reflect the overall aesthetic of your event.
