The Big Day

On the day of your celebration, our sole focus is ensuring you experience complete peace of mind. With a carefully crafted timeline as our guide, our team orchestrates every detail behind the scenes so the day unfolds seamlessly. From the arrival of vendors to the final breakdown, we oversee and coordinate each moving part with precision and care. No detail is too small from managing personal items to handling countless logistical elements allowing you to remain fully present. Surrounded by family and friends, you’ll be free to relax, celebrate, and savor each moment with confidence, knowing that every aspect of your event is being managed with dedication and expertise.

Partial planning [up to 3 months]

KME’s Partial Planning package is designed for clients who have already secured their venue and hired most vendors, but would benefit from expert guidance, trusted referrals, timeline creation, and seamless execution on the big day. With this service, we join your planning journey where you’ve left off—refining details, filling in gaps, and ensuring every element comes together smoothly and beautifully.

Our team lead by Matthew provides comprehensive project oversight through a shared planning tool to keep you organized and on track. For vendors already contracted, we will review agreements for clarity, flag missing details, and confirm deliverables, while offering curated referrals and guidance for any outstanding vendors. Although we won’t manage full vendor communications, we ensure all parties are aligned and fully prepared in advance of your wedding.

On the design side, you’ll remain the lead visionary, while we serve as your trusted sounding board. We will review inspiration boards, attend one walkthrough to support your selections, and provide feedback on layouts, rentals, and other key aesthetic decisions. We’ll also assist with venue-specific requirements such as paperwork, seating charts, floor plans, and insurance submissions, while keeping you on schedule with reminders for key dates, payments, and logistics checkpoints. Four to six weeks before the wedding, we finalize and distribute your comprehensive timeline to vendors and key parties.

As the celebration approaches, our team shifts into full coordination mode, assuming responsibility approximately one month out to finalize event details and prepare for flawless execution. On the wedding day, KME will be on-site to oversee vendor load-in and setup, act as the central point of contact, execute the timeline, cue vendors, and troubleshoot as needed—staying through the reception and after-party setup, if applicable. Staffing includes one lead planner and one assistant per 100 guests.

We also assist with menu coordination, from scheduling tastings with your venue’s culinary team to confirming final menu selections. To ease final details, we provide a Wedding Day Items Checklist for all personal items and décor being delivered to the venue, ensuring they are beautifully placed and carefully packed up post-event. Additionally, couples are welcome to use our curated collection of table numbers and cardholders at no charge.

Every piece we create from save the dates and invitation suites to menus, escort cards, and day-of details is designed from the ground up. We carefully curate each element, selecting papers, finishes, color palettes, typography, and printing techniques that align seamlessly with the overall vision of the event. No templates, no shortcuts—just intentional design tailored to each client and celebration.
